  • Acela's state-of-the-art NOC provides 24/7/365 remote monitoring. Our real-time monitoring system immediately alerts our NOC technicians of issues on the network. Many times we are able to troubleshoot and implement solutions before you ever experience system difficulty.

Dispatch                                                                            

  • Acela's OEM certified Engineers and Technicians will dispatch to ensure your systems performance is optimized. Our worry free maintenance program means we will fix, replace, and install parts as required for DAS hardware issues. Acela recommends an on-site spares depot to ensure network reliability and reduced system downtime. We will also work hand in hand with the wireless carriers to enhance your systems coverage.

Preventative Maintenance

 

  • Acela understands the best way to avoid system interruptions are to prevent them before they occur. That's why we provide on-site health checks at regularly scheduled intervals to ensure your DAS system is running at peak levels. Our technicians will physically check and verify system integrity to include head-end, remotes and connectors.
